Co-Founder

Anton is in charge of conducting carbon market research, implementing client projects, and building products for AlliedOffsets. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University and obtained his MSc in Economics at SOAS.

Antonia Drummond

Head of Product

Antonia analyses voluntary carbon market data to identify trends and develop products for AlliedOffsets. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis and has an MSc in International Development from the London School of Economics.

Brad Weilbacher

Enterprise Sales Lead

Brad is an Enterprise Sales Lead with strong grounding in both the Energy and Financial Services sectors. He holds a BS in Finance from University of Illinois, an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago, and an MSc in Sustainability Management and Innovation from The University of Westminster.

Emily Barrass

Senior Business Development Executive

Emily is a Business Development Executive with a background in national politics and local government. She graduated from Durham University with BA in politics, specialising in Middle Eastern affairs, women’s political discourse, and sustainable policy.

Erika Zhou

Marketing Intern

Erika is a Marketing Intern at AlliedOffsets. She recently completed a BSc in International Management from the University of Warwick, including a year abroad at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.

Fundile Maphanga

Carbon Policy Analyst

Fundi conducts research into regulatory frameworks which govern carbon markets for AlliedOffsets and client projects. He has experience consulting in governance and political economy in Southern Africa, and is currently completing his Master’s degree in Environment, Politics and Development at SOAS University of London.

Hattie Partner

Carbon Market Intern

Hattie is a carbon market intern researching biodiversity and emissions data to work towards improving data transparency. She is currently pursuing an Integrated Master’s degree in Geology and is in her fourth year at Imperial College London studying meteorites.

Jacobus Petersen

Carbon Market Data Analyst

Jacobus analyses voluntary carbon market trends and creates data products, with a special interest in nature-based solutions and their co-benefits. He joined AlliedOffsets after graduating from his MSc in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management at the University of Oxford, where he also obtained a BA (first class) in Geography.

Jess Kilbourne

Operations Lead

Jess is the Operations Lead, managing day to day operations, optimisation of processes and administering the management of the team at AlliedOffsets. She holds a Bachelors Degrees from Northumbria University.

Josefin Nordahl

Marketing Manager

Josefin is the marketing manager at AlliedOffsets with a background working in sustainable tech and SaaS businesses. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development from King’s College London.

Lars Kroijer

Director

Lars has two decades of financial market experience, and is author of Money Mavericks and Investing Demystified. He has a BA from Harvard University in Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School

Lounes Soualah

Business Development Representative

Lounes is a Business Development Representative with a background in environment economics and environmental political frameworks. He holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol and is responsible for pipeline generation, qualification, nurturing and closing of deals.

Luca Santarelli

Software Engineer

Luca has a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (first class honours) and masters in Computer Science (distinction), both at Queen Mary University of London. He has always worked as a software engineer in backend and frontend roles, currently occupying a backend role.

Maria Benzoni

Carbon Market Data Analyst

Maria analyses voluntary carbon market trends and researches geospatial data to develop products for AlliedOffsets. She graduated Cum Laude from Leiden University College and recently completed a Master in Sustainable Finance from Polimi School of Management.

Maria McLean

Customer Success Coordinator

Maria is our Customer Success Coordinator at AlliedOffsets. She has previous experience working on strategy projects for consulting clients and has a background in policy research. She graduated from the University of Exeter with a joint honours degree in History and Spanish.

Micaela Passetti

Carbon Policy Analyst

Micaela specializes in assessing the impact of international and domestic regulatory frameworks on carbon markets and in developing innovative products within the field. She is a lawyer who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina, and is currently completing her Master’s degree in International Economics at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.

Mo Abusin

Business Development Representative

Mo is a Business Development Representative with a solid foundation in economic development initiatives and resource management. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and is responsible for pipeline generation, qualification, nurturing and closing of deals.

Nikhil Joseph

Software Engineer

Nikhil works on backend development and data analysis for AlliedOffsets and client projects. He has a Masters in Data Science and Analytics from Royal Holloway University.

Tiffany Cheung

Corporate Engagement Lead

Tiffany’s work explores the landscape of corporate activity in the VCM, including how major organisations in different sectors perceive and strategically utilise the market. Prior to this, Tiffany used their background in environmental geography to help carbon project developers and investors understand methodology and region-specific risks.

Tushar Babbar

Carbon Market Data Analyst

Tushar works in the data team, exploring how to improve our products and best present trends in the VCM. A national level badminton player in India, Tushar obtained an MSc in Data Analytics from the University of Warwick, a Diploma in Data Science and Business Analytics from University of Texas, Austin, and a BSc in Computer Science from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Minnie

Head of Puplick Relations

Minnie is an adorable and energetic team member, in charge of providing cuddles and receiving treats from the team. She has learned multiple tricks during her pawfessional education, and is keen to learn more about how canines can contribute to the voluntary carbone market.

Maisie

Head of Kennelytics

Maisie is an experienced office pup who works closely with Minnie to provide a dedicated moral boosting presence for the whole team. She is a well travelled and well educated dog, with time spent at Durham University and travelling across Europe, including time in Amsterdam, Paris, and Madrid.

Steve

Office Mischief Manager

Steve is the mastermind behind all the fun and mischief in our office. As the Office Mischief Manager, he’s responsible for keeping the workplace atmosphere light-hearted and entertaining. Steve makes sure that there’s never a dull moment in the office. From hiding office supplies to playful pranks on his colleagues, Steve is always ready to inject a dose of laughter into the day.
